My primary role includes ensuring program alignment with the organization's strategic goals while fostering stakeholder collaboration to drive sustainable social transformation.
What inspires your work on ending childhood sexual violence?
My work is inspired by the resilience of survivors and the urgent need to protect vulnerable children from abuse. My commitment to ending childhood sexual violence in Tanzania stems from my belief in creating a safer future, where every child’s rights are upheld, and they can thrive free from exploitation and harm.
One highlight from your experience in the SPROUT fellowship:
During the SPROUT Fellowship, I have successfully developed a community-driven project that empowers girls in domestic work to access education and leadership opportunities. This experience enhanced my strategic planning skills and deepened my passion for fostering social transformation, solidifying my role as a changemaker in advancing children's and women's rights.
