What inspires your work on ending childhood sexual violence?

My work was inspired by witnessing the social injustice happening against children and their vulnerability. Growing up in a local community where violence and crime were visible everywhere I saw how children were caught up in the middle of this. These experiences prompted me to take action, advocate and to find practical solutions

One highlight from your experience in the SPROUT fellowship

The biggest highlight was the program design and how it allowed me to express my challenges as a leader without judgment and creating a safe space for change makers. This was realised both in the online sessions as well as in the in-person convening which was even a greater platform for strengthening the support structure we created in the beginning.
